• To all Adams County candidates and campaign volunteers attending the Adams County GOP Assembly on Saturday, March 29th,  please be aware of the following:
    Outside the Waymire Dome at the Adams County Fairgrounds (9755 Henderson Rd in Brighton, CO)
    • All yard signs and banners must be on the east side of the road leading up to the Dome.
    • No yard signs or banners are allowed on the grass or in front of the North entrance to the Dome.
    • Candidates can put signs along the main road coming into the facility, but no signs on the grass right around the dome or parking lot leading up to it.  Just the main road.

    • no signs may be taped to interior wall (no blue tape)


    • The Dome personnel will no longer hang or remove banners.
    • Candidates are responsible for hanging & removing banners.
    • Banners must be hung using wire, string or bungee cords, using the eyelets already in the wall.
    • All banners must be removed at the end of the Assembly.
    • Tables are for candidates
    • We have 8 of the 6-foot tables.
    • They will be divided in half, giving us space for 16 candidates.

    Friday Set-Up
    • Set up for Friday is 4:00pm-5:30pm
    Saturday’s Assembly
    • Doors will be open by 7:00am for Saturday set-up

Coffee and bottled water are included with your admission.  We’re unable to serve a continental breakfast due to COVID restrictions.
