• As a member of the Broomfield County Republicans, supporter, and friend, I wanted you to be the first to know that I’m running for House District 33, and on November 4th, I’m going to WIN!  We will make our public announcement at the Broomfield Republican Caucus on March 4th.

It’s been a busy year for me and my fiancé, Charlie.  First, our startups are booming.  The law firm I founded in 2012 has grown from one attorney to five, and we continue to gain clients and expand our practice areas.  Charlie has continued to grow her hair styling business, and she continues to see significant growth in gross revenue.  Of course, we’re getting married in less than a month, and we’ve picked out our new home!

It’s been a busy year for the Democrats, too.  In 2013, they destroyed our Second Amendment rights.  They drove up our healthcare costs, terminated our plans, andlied to us about keeping our doctors.  They declared war on rural Colorado, tried toforce through a $1 BILLION tax hike on working Coloradans, and let murderers off the hook.  Stop them NOW!

As if all that weren’t enough, our very own state representative tried to get taxpayers to buy her a $30,000 charging station  at the Capitol so she could charge her electric car.

When I was eighteen years old, I stood on the hallowed grounds of West Point, raised my right hand, and pledged to defend the Constitution of the United States of America.  I spent the next ten years of my life doing just that.  When I left the active duty Army at twenty-eight, I found new threats to our great democracy.

I discovered that the very foundation of America was not only threatened by foreign enemies with guns and bombs, but by domestic enemies with votes and laws.  Just as I trained at West Point to lead on foreign battlefields, I went to law school and trained to lead on domestic ones.

In 2012 we charged the line, and while we may have lost the battle, we are not yet martyrs.  The war is far from over.  In 2014, we shall gather again.  We shall muster an Army and we shall sue for peace.  For as Reagan said, “it’s a simple answer after all.  You and I will say to our enemies: ‘there is a price we will not pay; there is a point beyond which they must not advance…’ You and I have a rendezvous with destiny.  We’ll preserve for our children this, the last best hope for man on Earth…”

Help me preserve the last best hope on Earth.  Join the fight! Visitwww.davepigott.com and volunteer today.  You can also DONATE!

    Warmest Regards,

    Candidate for House District 33
